Location and environment
Expected was much more quality in service as we booked the best room. Missing were body lotion, conditioner, bathroom, slippers, water, fridge. Also, cleaning room was not completed until we requested in the late evening. Even then the bed was not made up.

There was a cat around the smoking area and was constantly being chased away from the bench. Let the poor thing sleep on a pillow there are enough chairs and benches available

The grounds.
Given wrong room three times. No water on first morning with no warning. No shampoo and rest too high up to reach from bath. Not too clean. No bag in waste bin. No menu or other info in room. No blackout blinds, so light streamed in. And remember, this was 4th room offered. First had no twin beds, second had no bath, third was like a prison cell with one tiny window that opened. Booked garden view, but ended up with concrete and roof. Restaurant VERY expensive and limited. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.
