Abe's Spring Street Guest House

The location is great. Its a beautiful place. We had everything we could possibly need. Very clean. I love the artwork. It was so cold outside during our stay, so we spent more time than anticipated inside and it was cozy and warm.

Newer nicely decorated interior. Nice large shower/tub with jets.

The skylights that close at night. Lots of room with comfortable bed.

Very cozy and quaint. Liked that it's in walking distance to main street.

Construction was kind of a bummer and it is on a busy street. So there is some street noise throughout the night.

Very convenient location to downtown. Had our own entrance & parking spot. Very clean and loved that there was a full kitchen. Cozy fireplace & lots of space. Very nice & attentive host.

Really loved the suite, but the bathroom was a little cold this cool spring. Heater helped. Limited counter space to get ready & set your cosmetics bag. Maybe a small table in front of the second mirror would be helpful (where the hairdryer is)

Neat history, clean facilities & good value.

Its on a busier street and during our stay there was road construction, so it wasnt as restful as we hoped but that can happen in a noisy hotel too.

Room was very nice and clean close to main street

Construction was horrible very hard to find place do to construction husband a little upset about no breakfast it was hard to walk to the shopping and food due to construction also

Awesome room, totally unique, and exactly what I want when I stay in Galena. The proximity to town was terrific, and we had a great stay.
