Room needs a high toilet for us Senior Citizens

The view was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

A little pricy one one night.

The bed was comfy. And the staff were friendly.

The bathroom was awful. Leaked over the toilet, constant drip onto you when you sit, or on the floor and toilet seat. The ceiling is damaged badly. There were no other rooms available. Also, doors dont close properly, causing you to have to slam shut to secure your room which kept us up all night on Sat, from other people coming and going. This was Room 404 which we rented several months in advance for college graduation.

The staff where amazing- the breakfast was fantastic and the gym and pool was an added bonus - great location

Location was good

Initial room at check in- shower had pile of wet/dirty towels in it. Had to switch rooms because it couldn't be cleaned that night. -2nd room- shower could have been cleaner. Lost of yuck caked in the crevices, on the door track, and the grout area. -Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. -AC unit in room was very LOUD and never shut off. Constant rattling noise coming from it. -employee at check in was on a phone call the whole check in process. We weren't told check out times, breakfast hour and there wasn't anything in our room with this on it. Check out staff was busy and only asked if we needed a receipt. Never once asked how our stay was.
