Secure, friendly staff all around the clock. People went out of their way to accommodate us.
The cleanliness of the facility! Beds were super comfortable, pool area was absolutely amazing aswell.
The staff is not very welcoming, especially the security on the PM shift. I waited an hour at 3:00pm for a room and no one ever told me there was room service. If you don't "Look" to their standards, they will treat you like you don't belong there and you will feel it. Carlos, the bartender lead on at first-floor restaurant, was the only NICE, most respectable, and welcoming staff member who attended my me and my friend.
