A single sheet on the bed, so cold all night. Room had crumbs on the floor and wasnt the cleanest.

The location was great for families as it was away from the central party area and close to the beach. It was really picturesque with a great selection of pools and 2 eating areas. The beach has sun beds they you had to pay for but you could still pitch up with towels and just sit on the beach. The sea was warm and shallow and lovely to spend time in in between pool sessions. There were 2 outdoor family pools, 1 indoor pool and an adult only pool which was very quiet. The food selection was wonderful- lots of choice and great for kids and adults alike (although no gluten-free bread options). The food was fresh and replaced regularly throughout each sitting and there was always lots of it so you didnt have to worry about items running out. The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were lovely and cleaned the rooms daily with towels replaced. It was quiet at night so great for families with young kids.

As someone who has issues with mobility (I walk with crutches), the location was rather tricky as there were so many steps and steep ramps and hills all over the area. Lots of steps to the beach and pools and a steep hill to our hotel room and the pirate island. It was exhausting. There was a sewage smell throughout our stay inside the bathroom and outside the hotel room - not overly powering but it would be there a lot of the day. I read past reviews with people mentioning it so it appears they havent sorted the issue. I wish there were more sun beds as during our weeks stay, we did not secure one until later in the afternoon/early evening. Even though there were signs up telling people not to hog them, people would wake early to reserve seats with their towels and nothing was done about it. I noticed that the majority of the adult-only pool sun beds were unused throughout the day, so maybe some could be moved to the family pools to help numbers? We refused to get up super early to reserve them but it appears that it was the only way we to grab them. The evening entertainment was very random! The external dancers/acts were fab but the hotel entertainers did some very odd acts. It went over the young kids heads a lot of the times but most of the evenings, we didnt stick around to watch it all. It is also important to note that all-inclusive doesnt include everything. The nicer drinks, all the ice creams, the better lollies and evening bar snacks werent included.
