food. excellent menu. very well prepared.

Very bad bed. Bed linen was shorter than the bed. Pillows very uncomfortable and the extra child bed was terrible to sleep in.

Booked in same day. Reception staff were excellent. Hotel was easy to find and some free parking was available. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Aldi right next door and petrol station on same block. Road links were very good.

Parking was limited, getting back late after concert.

Defective air conditioning system (which was the only reason it was booked) as well as faulty toilet flushing system. Switched rooms had the same issue with the AC. Blowing air in an utterly weak fashion with what was basically hot air in the middle of the summer, both rooms. Was suggested to move to another room, a third one (imagine trying to enjoy your vacations and need to pack all your already laid out things for a second time due to their unprofessionalism) in hopes of finding a proper room as it should have been in the first place. Imagine being welcomed by pieces of feces in the toilet from the previous customer and being unable to use the toilet normally. Just uninhabitable. Personally have never stayed at a worse place than this. Now they are ignoring the request for the compensation I am entitled to after multiple requests. They don’t consider it important to let the customer know prior to their arrival about the issues. Also don’t expect to get a discounted price for the overpriced breakfast as you are treated as a stranger and not a guest. If you want to stay at a hotel that doesn’t provide the services paid for then you have found it. Affected my sleep, my plans and consequently the quality of my vacations. Breakfast was rich, and tasteful. Price I think should be a bit lower. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful, even those who couldn't speak english did their best to please us.
