It was not clean - the rooms and facilities need updating. Would not recommend having food there, it was not great.

Nothing service was terrible UNLESS YOU HAVE A WEDDING

Absolutely shocking nothing like it is advertised to be put in a room in the loft with temperature recorded at 29degrees then moved to a room at 26degrees and they offer you a fan we had 3 fans running and no water or fridge

Great location for exploring the Norfolk Broads.

For the price I would have expected a housekeeping service and beds made, but that is not included in the price. You can use the swimming pool and health suite and the price probably reflected this however I did not want to use these facilities so I probably overpaid for my stay overall. Half the dining room and breakfast buffet is in a really dark room. We were told there was no space in the dining room on our first night when we arrived tired. On the second night we booked dinner and were seated in the gloomy part of the dining room next to the entrance door, when there were plenty of other non-reserved spaces in the brighter lighter part of the dining room - I just got the sense that they didn’t care about me as a guest.

Staff were very rude when I was asking to cancel the booking for breakfast next day and looked angry all the time. Room was not clean at all - weird brown sticky running stains on the bed frame and the bathroom mirror. Very poor cleaning quality!! Another problem, is that the walls are not sound proof. I was unable to sleep at night, due to doors slamming and people shouting. On top of all this, when I turned on the fridge, it made such a loud noise that I had to eventually turn it off. It even had a weird smell coming from inside the fridge. The room itself is in poor quality. The shower was also very uncomfortable to use. Everything needs improvement, and I strongly suggest that attention needs to be brought about these several problems. Will not be staying here again - disappointed. I am sure that I am not the only guest who is disappointed by the quality of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the pool was lovely and the location of the room was very good.

The clientele were not what I was expecting.
