There's need of better bathroom shampoo

Had to use ice bucket to fill tank on toilet up to flush.. very little amount of water would come out of fill tube.remote for TV was broken.. went to front desk to try to get situation resolved but no one at desk... clerk was outside with her boyfriend and would not help...I demand a refund and a apology from comfort inn or corporate will be notified.. very upset and don't like the disrespect and the situation with the room..why wasn't it checked out before giving me the room

The property is very old and needs to be updated. The doors were falling apart, the mattresses were spring and very uncomfortable .

The lack of upkeep.

I only stayed in the hotel for 2 hours, it was that bad.

Convenient location. Beds are soft and comfy and staff is very friendly. Great rate. Yummy complimentary breakfast.

Plumbing issues in bathroom sink and tub. Vents in bathroom were very dusty and a few spots in bathroom wall paint were bubbling up.

Administration and hospitality

Some of the rooms carpets were not properly clean.

The breakfast was good Daytime receptionist staff was very friendly and professional especially Kimi

I felt the price was a little high for the time of year
