The room was renovated with newer flooring and furniture
The smell in the room was awful.We got a room for disabled people on the first floor,and it had a funky smell .Everything had that smell(beds,towels,and etc)Pillows were not comfortable.Breakfast was very limited.The worst part was a night shift receptionist ,who kept talking phone while checking in procedure.And after all he came to our room’s door and kept coughing and talking phone for a good hour.We were not able to rest until he left.(It was about 11 pm).Same story in the morning-he was on his phone again at 6 am ,and again by our door.We assume that the hotel is under family management ,and some of them live in the rooms. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.
You can tell the management of the hotel works hard to provide a quality experience to its guests. They give attention to details that add up to an overall comfortable stay.
Any complaint would be quibbling or along the order of an unreasonable expectation.
It was very clean
Very modern and clean. It was extremely nice.
The guy bhind the desk was very rude. He acted like he didn't want to be there and just stared at me saying I don't know when I asked questions about getting ice and water. He stared at me in silence when I asked him anything until I walked off.
the bathtub light did not have a cover on it and it did not work, Also the shower Curtin was dirty
Everything! One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Friendly staff. Great decor that was up to date and comfortable. Highly recommend!
