The main lobby looks very good but the room is so so
Very good located, but they never clean the room and the staff always mentioned that next day will clean it, but still didn’t (3 day stay)
The hotel was in a great location not far from the tram, and a very walkable distance from the convention center. The room we stayed in was good and matched the website description!
The elevators at one point were out of service on a busy night, at one point our group got kicked out of the lobby area, and it felt just "okay", not worth the premium compared to other hotels.
The room was clean. The lobby was nice. The cleaners were kind. There was room service.
The hallways towards the room smelled really bad. The elevators were old and simply not taken cared of. The phone intercom in the room didn’t work. The toiletries for the shower were placed on the floor since the holder was broken. The key cards didn’t want to work even if we went down to have them replaced. Someone had to open it for us and couldn’t explain why the key cards wouldn’t work. There was no trolley available so we could bring down our things. They said all were taken and someone would come up to help us. But no one came so we just did two trips.
