Nothing It was worst hotel I never had stayed before in my 20 years.
The hotel was overpriced and poorly constructed. while the interior looked flashy, it was all surface-level . with no real quality underneath. The place was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable placing any of my belonging on the floor because wood floor so sticky. It takes forever waiting one elevator and I stayed in second floor and there is no stairs to go down to the lobby and then elevator always came down from the top with full of people with luggage and then we couldn't get the elevator sither stairs because there's no stairs. And the refrigerator was not working and we switched to another room but the wall between next room so close and we couldn't talk because we hear everything from next room. Running AC was so loud and the vent access was full of dust and spider net. so I could not run the AC system. Staffs mouth is full of snack Even we were arrived very late night they were just busy to eat instead of welcoming the tired customers.. so disappointed from the day one. Overall, it felt like they invested in appearance but neglected cleanliness and maintenance. Hilton head office should evaluate the quality of this hotel if they consider their name value of Hilton.
the staff was very nice. the cleaning ladies and front desk people were great. Shout out to the Black gentleman that helped with the elevators!! thank u!! overall, very relaxing and great view!!
No desert on the restaurant menu! lol
Setting
Wasn’t very clean in bathroom ( and when I asked if they could have someone fill empty coffee supply in our room I was told I could come down to front desk for it :/ I was already for bed so just did without ..
The bed is better than mine at home. View from room was great.
I can not say anything was wrong.
Location to Hampton University. Breakfast was fine. Complementary waters.
Room too small. Mattress was bumpy and uncomfortable. Inadequate closet space. No Desk. Skimpy amenities. Carpet was soaking wet upon my return later in the day. Couldn't figure out how this happened. The base of the toilet wasn't cleaned well.
The great view, the waterfront location, the bar areas and bar staff.
There were several features in the room that showed poor craftsmanship or were not repaired in an optimal manner - mainly the bathroom access ceiling panel to the air conditioning. The lobby furniture had water stains. The chairs were not properly cleaned
Location and lay out of the room, breakfast was on point
