The staff was more than helpful. They overextended themselves. The property was beautiful. The food was good. Nothing negative to report. I'd definitely go back.
No
The Food was great. The hospitality was excellent. They knew us by our names throughout the resort. They embrace the new guest that came for adults only experience. We were worried at first since first time in Cabo , but the resort staff stepped up.
Above and beyond one can ever expect. This is a must reserve resort.
Landscaping and pool area was beautiful
Room service wait was long. Food was cold
The decor was amazing. Overall the look of the resort was beautiful. Food was delicious as well especially for an all Inclusive.
Our concierge was lacking terribly. For what we paid I was expecting more. Wouldnt go back.
The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful! The food was better than expected! The Mexican, Asian and Italian dinner restaurants were authentic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best Ive seen with changing options.
Would have liked more lunch options
The view was stunning and the staff was great most of the time. Due to either shortages of workers or other reasons unknown to us, we did have long wait times for food service and maintenance.
Mold grew in our room causing us to move rooms. The second room started the same growth. We were told it was due to the humidity, but we expected more from a claimed 5 star. Also the facility is nice, but not a true five star.
My family and I had the most wonderful time here. This was our first time at an all inclusive and the room, food and service exceeded our expectations. Our concierge Geronimo went above and beyond at every moment to look after us. As a queer family we were attracted to the hotel because of its positive ratings and we were not disappointed. On the occasion of being treated poorly by a staff member at the one restaurant on site not run by the hotel, the whole reserve team , especially our concierge, Geronimo, jumped into action to remedy the situation. We genuinely felt taken care of. We had an amazing Spa day and felt super relaxed and taken care of. The beach and area of ocean safe to swim in are magical. Away from the crowds of Cabo san Lucas the Paradisus is a gem of a hotel. We look forward to going back soon!
We live in Houston, we are spoiled by so many amazing restaurants and excellent service. What we noticed with it being an all inclusive that since the hotel basically already has your money and I guess not everyone tips, the service in the various restaurants was pretty inconsistent. Not bad but not the level we are used to. However, this was not the case in the reserve lounge or bar, here everything was excellent, well worth the upgrade.
