Great location, lovely rooms, welcoming staff

The location was awesome; so close to everything including subway.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like of the hotel.

Excellent hotel in every sense of the word: location, room, breakfast, staff and reception desk!

Everything was exceptional - any issue was quickly and completely handled by the friendly staff. I would definitely return and recomend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit Tokyo!

There was nothing in my stay that could be discussed as something that I did not like. Certainly nothing to prevent me from returning!

Location and the services are excellent.

Great location. Very attentive receptionists. Good room with good amenities. Very good restaurant.

For business stay, the table was too narrow for work and lighting was also not ideal. I thought it would be really great, if there were some kind of place to get just coffee or tea in Lobby area

Our favorite hotel in Tokyo, home away from home!

The location was perfect, we love Ginza! Our room was very comfortable, and I appreciated that the hotel was clean and well-maintained. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo, Domo arigatou gozaimashita!

Unfortunately we could not eat at the restaurant. We are vegan, and there were no plant based options
