It was in the city centre and close to a number of restaurants, shops etc and we were able to get out and about with no issues

Maybe could have had a bar and restaurant for food and drinks

Good central location to the city center

Staff was rude to us, we mentioned beforehand about 2 weeks before arriving that we would be coming with suitcases and would like to be placed in the lowest floor, as we already knew that we had to climb stairs to get to the reception floor. We were told over booking.com chat that we have been allocated the first level room. However when we reached, we were given the highest level, 3rd floor. We asked about the request and confirmation of a first level floor and the staff was super rude to us, basically brushed us off. Furthermore, service definitely can be improved, by at least helping guests with their luggage up or down the first flight of stairs, within the receptionist desk reach. The room was dirty, towel was stained, literally got bitten by a biting fly in the room and there was 2 dead bugs on the bed. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Overall unpleasant experience, especially with staff.

Fotos don’t match reality. It was dirty, old, the shower was broken. I have booked for 2 nights, however it was that bad, I left after the first night

the location is very central, the staff is ok

The rooms are tiny, the services are reduced to a minimum (e.g. no possibility of breakfast), but the price is not really cheap
