Comfort Suites NW Dallas Near Love Field

The Elevator wasn't working, I didn't have an iron in the room. The toilet flushed but then the water continued running so I had to become a plumber. I needed to iron my clothes, I opened the closet and there's no iron. I went downstairs to ask for one at the front desk and the guy that was there looked at me like I asked him $100 dollars. Also, they don't have a shuttle to the airport.

The breakfast was not great at all, definitely could have more of a selection to choose from

This hotel is not in the best of locations to be honest. The second floor where I stayed was filled with weed smell the whole time. The front desk wasn’t that friendly, and cleanness of the place wasn’t the best either. My bathroom had bugs. My last night, in the middle of the night someone’s car got broken into!! The internet was bad, a new password was needed the next day.

Very nice place. It was clean they were very nice and respectful. The breakfast was good you sleep very comfortable & it’s very quiet and relaxing
