Receptionist was amazing. Room service was great. Location was perfect right next to the freeway and a waffle house. Parking is cool but you must register your car. The room was extremely spacious, fresh and clean. I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa and all 3 beds were great. A/C didn't fail us at all we slept great.

I enjoyed the breakfast but they didn't have any cooked eggs, bacon or sausage. There were eggs in the fridge but I wasn't sure where to cook them. No cream for the coffee but the selection was great. The shower head was 3 out of 5 but the heat was amazing lol everything else was pretty cool.

, the elevator was out of service. The beds were hard as a rock. The breakfast was not what it displays on your website that it was going to be. It was just yogurt. I had to fill out some stupid parking pass thing. In order to be able to park my car, which it does not state on your website or anywhere where you book saying that you need to do that? definitely, not in the best neighborhood for sure. There was probably 6 hookers hanging around outside the hotel from the time. We got there all night long.

Front desk personnel was courteous, kind, and friendly! The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable!

The room that I was in had an old musty type smell, which was very off-putting, but I fortunately had a candle on hand to assist with the odor. Also, the AC unit didn't seem to be functioning well because although the temperature became comfortable, it never actually cooled off. Had to wear minimum clothing and lay on top of the blanket. However, overall it was decent considering the daily rate.
