1. Rude staff 2. Sheets had red curly hair all over the bed upon arrival - I asked for new sheets and changed the bedding myself. 3. The toilet started randomly overflowing within 20 minutes of requesting new sheets - we had not even used the toilet -We called front desk to let them know and maintenance came up and I was HANDED towels by maintainence to clean up the water all over the hotel room floor, he then tried to walk away. I then used the little Spanish I know and the help of google translate to help maintenance understand that the toilet was clogged and the only reason the water stopped pouring out is because we shut the water off. They came back to the room and then person at front desk said maintenance will mop floor, we never left, they came by to pick up the towels but did not mop anything. 4. The room had a very nasty smell, like the smell of dirty old clothes. Many more trivial inconveniences throughout the rest of our stay.

That location wouldn’t give me a receipt until I checked out in the morning. And asked me what time would I be checking out. And also stated when I checked out that the $50 holding fee with be released in the morning. But when leaving state that the money will credit 3 to 5 business days
