Majestic Plaza Hotel Prague

The location is more than perfect, the breakfast was enough and descent plus it changed every day and had local products, the room and especially the bathroom was comfy! It was very clean also.

First of all we didn’t figured out how the climate control worked, second since they had a carpet they should provide us with one time slippers because all carpets collect dirt, finally the rooms wasn’t sound protect at all, the final night our neighbour vomiting all night long and their bathroom was behind our bed and we could hear every detail.

lovely clean hotel in super location for all the main sights of Prague. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and attentive staff. Room was very big, clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water.

Room was very hot, but window/door did open for cool , but this was only a minor thing.

Breakfast was good but very crowded. Location was excellent.

Bar area is very small and felt cold as the it is situated right by the entrance. Restaurant was very limited in choice and didn't feel particularly welcoming.

The panorama suite is wonderful, much better in reality than on the Booking.com pictures! It was a very good idea to get rid of the carpet which we see on the pictures

The balcony of the room is disapointing and there aren’t 2 balconies as written in the description. Only 1 very small one with the view on the opposite rooms and where we cannot sit. The staff is extremely cold! Absolutely no welcome Word at arrival and barely no good bye when I left. That should really be improved!

I received an upgraded room.

The experience during breakfast. Too many people in a very small room - needed to share tanle with others, no privacy, felt rushed to finish breakfast asap. Also some meals temperature was far from optimal - it was half-cold by the time I brought it to the table. And not having the opportunity to buy proper espresso from a coffe machine is a big minus. I am Ok to pay extra for proper espresso during breakfast but there at least needs to be such an opportunity available (anywhere in the hotel), while here coffee machine in hotel bar vould not bs used until bar opened (around 11am) … which is late.

Very good location close to everything , the breakfast was great with a lot of choices , staff was helpful

The room was a bit cold eventhough we tried to change the temperature , didnt make any difference .
