Las Tholas Hotel

Good breakfast, good location, clean room.

Shower was cold. When I arrived a small boy opened the gate and started to do the check-in for me, when I needed to pay with card he asked a young/teenage girl to come to help. Check-in was then fine, but when we arrived to the room the girl took the towel and soap from the bed and said these are not included in your stay (well why those then were in the room in the first place?). Shared bathroom light didn't work at first and nobody told me when is the breakfast. I tried to ring the bell in the reception and saying 'hola' around the place to get someone to help me with the bathroom light and breakfast but nobody came. After going to the city for a while and coming back I got the small boy to come when ringing the bell in reception and he fixed the lights and told the time of the breakfast.

The hot shower was amazing. Also, the personal breakfast buffet was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room did not have a heater, which could have been an added benefit. I noticed, that other rooms were equipped with heaters.

The hotel has a great room and bedroom. The toilets are really clean, and the people who works there are supportive.

My room was in the last floor, and the window faced rhe backyard, there was a rooster that started crowing at 3am and only stopped by 6am, it was a nightmare.

Good location close to the center of the city, very kind staff.

It was too cold to sleep at night. You need a sleeping bag (24-25, May).

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff. They can get an English speaking person to help you. Hotel is flexible to help with your needs. Warm rooms, hot water in the bathroom. Rooms and common areas are decorated with good classic taste, joy for you eyes the art of Bolivia.

Breakfast had an incredible selection. The shower was the best one I've had in 2 months of travelling South America

It was perfect

New and clean compared to other hotels in the area. 4 blocks away from all the tour offices and restaurants. Quiete and amazing beds. Slept better than my entire 4 months traveling. Breakfast spread was basic but good. Filling and enough. Wish they would toast the bread on request vs ahead of time. Mine was chewy and hard both mornings. Staff beyond helpful and kind. Brought me hot water for tea to my room late one night even after hours. (Was fighting a sore throat) pricey but definitely get what you pay for. Rest & privacy!
