The snorkeling around the beach Cost was ok

Limited food options. Menu was the same except for 1 dinner option at night, single soup, salad, and entree Lack of furniture in the room. NO dresser NO entertainment Lack of beach service, sporadic at most. Sewer smell at pool and in rooms

It was a good location, beautiful view. Perfect spot to sit if you have little kids. Good variety of foods during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good drinks.

1/3 rooms was in the older building and it was very outdated. The tub would drain very slowly. The ac didnt work had to get someone to fix it several times. Check in took a long time.

The food was terrible. The first meal we went to eat was at the buffet and birds where everywhere on any open food. Thankfully they had a small menu which we ordered from. Only 1 restaurant for reservations and only one 9pm. told 2 excursions not true!

Location is the best thing about his hotel. The cleaning staff try their hardest to keep up with island conditions. The food and beverage staff are friendly and go out of their way to meet needs.

Bed was super hard; same for our friends beds in their room on other side of hotel. Room was very humid even with AC. We changed thermostat, but room temp didnt regulate. Again, same with our friends rm so not isolated. Hotel is just dated.

It needs some updating, but the price was right.

The outdoor property was amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were average. The pools were clean and spacious and the beach and Gulf were amazing, with aqua water. The view from our room was great.

We had to wait a bit at check in. Unfortunately, the room was extremely outdated and not clean when we arrived. The couch was outdated and not clean, the bed was awful! There was an egg crate on it and it only fit about 2/3 of the bed.

Old hotel rooms werent cleaned daily, was only given 2 wash clothes during the 5 days for 5 people rusty faucet for missing parts shower had low water pressure no phone in the room says wifi but it only works in the lobby king bed instead of double
