Private walk out access to the pool is fantastic. Delicious pool bar cocktails of which were cheaper than drinking out! Included breakfast was delicious and gave us no reason to dine elsewhere. Lunch and dinner meals were tasty too. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. They also gave us recommendations on where to dine out or just generally enjoy having a chat/laugh with guests. Close to the beach - approx 5 min walk. Being a little away from the main town meant that it was quieter (you are generally a drive or 20-30 min walk to most places but this didn't bother us) Spa therapists were fantastic. I had two massages and wish I had booked in more treatments! You're able to hire a scooter from reception which worked out to be approx 80k IDR/day during our visit. Thank you to Eka and the whole team. We had a fabulous time!!.

Canggu is under a huge development so there is construction everywhere. Roads are very busy! This is not unlike many other areas in Bali though. We also didn't notice the construction noise next door in the evening and it didn't really bother us during the day. As buildings age, things start to wear down somewhat. You do notice this a bit in the bathroom area. Would be good if the pool was able to be heated too as the majority of it is covered in shade and can get cold.

The construction is too much

Good value for money in a good location. The rooms were always clean and tidy.

There is alot of construction happening around the resort so you will hear power tools from 8ish in the morning til the sun goes does. The rooms arent very soundproof so you will hear as little as chairs scraping in the rooms around you.

The hotel was so lovely, the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentyful. Lunches and dinner very tasty and extremely affordable! Could not fault it at all

Everything! Definitely my favourite stay in Bali. The pictures were very accurate. Room was clean, really spacious. The highlight was definitely the staff, very friendly and attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily. The restaurant was also very good!

The swim up bar wasnt always opened as advertised

Unfortunately like any part of Bali theres a lot of construction going on so power tools were being used sometimes until 1am in the morning next door. Nothing to do with the hotel though!

Our room was spacious and the property itself it lovely. The pool area with swim up bar was nice and the bar staff attentive with a fun, upbeat happy hour each day but needs more lounge chairs. The location of the hotel in relation to being close to everything in Canggu is great if you have a scooter (about 7 mins to enter the main areas).

I booked the room hoping for beach views as advertised through the photos and website yet there is a large building being constructed which blocks 90% of the beach views from the penthouse. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking. The construction takes place all day, from 8am till 8:30pm with grinders and banging constantly. This wouldnt have been a problem if we were aware of this prior but arriving to the hotel without knowing felt sneaky from the hotel management not to be made aware prior. Once we were sitting at the pool area and my partner and I got tile grouting and dust on us from the construction being done right behind the pool. The hotel requires payment up front for any usage of the pool bar, or room service. We found this odd that we couldnt charge to our room, we found we didnt eat much at the hotel due to this. The bed wasnt that comfortable, it was quite a hard mattress. Lastly, my partner had brought some shorts which unfortunately transferred stains to the sheets and his own tshirt. The hotel washed his tshirt but when we got it back it was still stained. The hotel laundry did fix this for us and got the stains out his shirt - yet we were told that due to the stains on the bed we would be charged an excessive amount of money to have them cleaned and then when checking out were told its not due to cleaning but buying new sheets. When we informed them that they got the stains out of my partners white shirt fine they didnt really know what to say. We have never experienced this at a hotel before, this put a large damper on our holiday experience. We also found some of the staff to be rude. At one point our key card stopped working, when going down to the lobby to fix the issue no apology was given and the clerk seem put out by our request. There isnt much on the street where the hotel is located, if you are able to rent a scooter its a great location to the main strips in Canggu.
