Location to the beach the hotel pools with plenty of sun beds and shade Food was very good, buffet style and lots to chose from,, continually being replenished Easy access to a bus that runs frequently into town

Would have loved a coffee making facility in the room No sky TV. Only Spanish but maybe its to get away from the news.

The hotel location is excellent. The ambiance is very good and the pool area clean and safe with ample sun loungers

I dont think you should EVER allow children into a gymnasium! I couldnt believe my eyes when children around five or so years old are allowed to Play on a treadmill or with weights etc, even if accompanied. A gym is not a playground ground and you are just waiting for an accident to happen and your hotel wouldnt have a legal leg to stand on. I think there should be a greater food selection in your bar for lunchtime etc. There is no waiter service around the pool.

The location is unbeatable ! Beautiful views of the ocean, easy walk on promenade from one side of city to next. Lots of hotel activities like Agus exercise, games and beach activities.

Everything honestly was great and I am the type to look for something because I worked at a hotel many years ago. The staff could be a bit more engaging and knowledgeable about local hotspots (but that is me being extra!) the staff is fine.
