If there are no other options, you can make it work and enjoy yourself there but don't expect even the bare service minimum (like cleaning or reliable or useful communication) and make sure you get a room facing north (same side as entrance). Otherwise sitting on the balcony is way too hot and you will need AC (costs extra) all the time. Also make sure to get anti-mosquito products as for some completely inexplicable reason there are no mosquito nets on the windows, despite the hotel being wedged between a forest and more grassland. Communication with Fania and the other guy is very bad, not just due to their extremely basic level of English but also because they don't answer the phone or read their messages often - it's hit and miss. The reception is usually empty. Also, when trying to talk about anything, the reaction is gaslighty. Yes, there are insects in nature, I figured that out myself - what kind of a response is that? I tried to explain that not even hovering the floor by the "cleaner" (who really just brings new towels) attracts cockroaches but there is no point in talking to them (see above). The guy even came to my room afterwards (not cool), asking if everything is ok - I just tried to communicate but they clearly don't care or understand and I surely don't need a stupid discussion on holiday, so I sent him away.

There are no bowls, no washing up liquid, no oven plates, no shower gel, only 2 old towels per person and a handful of clothes pegs on the balcony on an old line. The balcony is quite nice and the side street quiet. However, the walls are VERY thin. The pillows are ok-ish and the mattress is actually quite alright. The beds are pretty small. The furniture is old and the bathroom as well, also kind of smelly. It's ok for a few nights and if you buy a few things but wouldn't stay here longer or in fact come back. I guess you could call it a good budget option but the ignorance, gaslighting and laziness of the people working here is just off-putting - good vibes and service are important to feel welcome. Also, you probably get better places for not that much more but I didn't compare as I booked last minute. The beach and town are very close, a supermarket even closer. This could be a great place with very few improvements and it is beyond me why they aren't implemented. So all in all, half-recommended. I surely won't come back though. And ask them about the little bin next to the toilet - the pipes are probably old and narrow and then not saying anything about this probably means they are just waiting for someone to block it, so they can bill you for the repair of the whole system potentially (just by feeling, might be wrong). Wouldn't trust anything they say, to be honest and come to think about it - so definitely go easy on how much paper you flush at once. WiFi is ok. I found only 3 power sockets in the studio.

Location means it near enough to everything but away from night bar noise Despite not being seaward my view was pleasing Excellent shower which never ran cold at anytime of day The owning family always had a good morning and a smile for you

Location was exactly where I wanted to be. Only 5 mins walk to the main square so perfect & quiet

A great place to stay. Super close to the town and beach but removed enough to avoid loud noises and cars. The room was always super clean and the hosts were so incredibly helpful and kind.
