Close to the venue. Affordable breakfast. Big Bathroom.

TV was out dated and didn't have any streaming options or HDMI inputs. Usb hub on nightstand was sticky. Room was very small. No fan in bathroom.

Our phone charger was forgotten in the room. It would have been appreciated if it were mailed back to us.

The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from the QLine & 10 minutes walk from Grand Circus. The staff behind the desk were excellent.

The room was a bit dated and worn, the bathroom looked tired & old . Seamed to be some confusion about complimentary breakfast. Monday through Thursday, free before 10 am. However, we did get charged .

They entered and cleaned my room without my permission. Some of my belongings were lost. House keeping was not supposed to be in my room I had a late check out.

Invaded my privacy.
