Everything, the staff, the food, the location& the courtesy bus was excellent.

Hard to find fault really

Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. The room is spacious and comfortable. A Place for relaxation.

Located in the middle of no where. No restaurant nearby. Closest convenient store(lawson) is about 400 meters away. The hotel is a little pricey compared to its location.

Not a lot to like it was just a hotel that was flash but without any substance.

The lighting in the room was rubbish. It was all style, but no substance. You couldnt see the room overall. The worst thing, and this was terrible. Im a vegetarian, poor me! Went down to the restaurant. They brought out a vegan menu, not even a vegan, would he eat it? It was absolute rubbish. Youd think Hotel of this quality would have something in the freezer. They could just pull out and tart up and slap it on a plate. The staff were attentive. Very attentive may be over attentive, very good at helping me get the bags out of the car, but when it was time to leave, maybe I gave them the bad vibe, not a soul in sight to help! I dont normally go with this chain I go with another chain which has several levels of hotels, ranging from the basic to the flash
