Location was convenient
The water pressure from the shower was really weak
Perfect location, lovely vibe with good communal facilities, private room was small and fairly basic but very clean and functional
Small room but that is reflected in the price, so not unreasonable
Location is excellent, close to almost everything. Restaurants, central station. Tivoli park. The hostel doesn’t have a vibe of a hostel..honestly. Rooms are good but sometimes you can hear absolutely everything.
Not all of them but 2 members of the staff very rude, one was a girl I bought a Capucchino and she rudely told me I couldn’t sit in the breakfast because it only for breakfast even though 1) It was empty just a few people , 2) I paid a lot of money for the booking and I wasn’t being able to use the facilities in this case the breakfast area . She was very very unfriendly. The other one was a guy also at the bar with a very sh*t attitude, they better have a course on social skills and how to treat the guests and customers. 90 euros for 3 nights is NOT cheap. I’ve stayed in other hostels from the same branch and this one really disappointed me. If customers that are not paying full breakfast cannot sit there to have a cappuchino from the hostel bar, then do not sell anything. It was annoying.
Very bear to the Metro Station.
No place to keep luggages. Must pay from the locker although is less than an hour.
Location superb for train station. Price good.
Check was a bit of a pain. Very long queue and self check in was difficult. They required a lot of information and when asked for your date of birth there was no shorthand to type it in, you had to scroll back month by month to choose the date...I am 'old' so this was a nightmare! Please change your software!
Loved the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were just perfect, clean not too cluttered. Loved the vibe of the hotel, the bar, the lounge area. We al enjoyed it! Superb!
The shower head in our room had hair stuck in it + water pressure was low (but not that big deal). The lighting in the room was very dim and couldn’t open the curtains due to being on the ground floor and passer-by could see inside
I don't think you'll find this price anywhere in Copenhagen. Facilities are great: the kitchen is well equipped, laundry machines work pretty well. Breakfast is good, but I'd rather buy my own stuff to be honest.
I found the beds and pillows excessively soft to the point that it was difficult to get proper sleep. Even so I'd stay there again.
Hostel style, so the rooms are basic, but complete. There is a huge common area with communal kitchen, sitting areas, bar. The atmosphere is great
The kitchen was great and the location was fantastic
It was expensive but probably just the cost of the city. Also had to pay to leave bags.
