Amazing restaurant food and service Room very clean The gym just amazing

Room a bit dark maybe

I Love the location , but this is the 2 time I specially ask for a room with ac , in august I couldnt bear the heat so I have to move but this time , even that we paid for the suit the receptionist lied about the ac and told us that the next day was going to work and it didnt and he knew and that really make me feel that they honestly dont care for their customers

I hate when is request a ro the biggest that you paid lost of money for it and they lied about the ac , it was broken again and my husband decided to stay because it was very uncomfortable to moved to another room

There was one person from the cleaning crew that stole my make-up. I was told quality control would call me. No one followed up. This is very concerning because you now feel that there is insecurity in the hotel.

My a/c wasnt working and they charged me more than the book price

All the flooring is carpet, I'm allergic and is not good for this condition.
