Good size rooms, facilities, service, location
Nothing.- more of a suggestion that breakfast times could be extended to 930 am.

The location was SPECTACULAR. Loved the room and the breakfast was great.
The complimentary coffee is only available at breakfast. 1st night staff was great, the rest of the time, they were not nearly as friendly.
When I checked into the hotel, the hotel staff said that there was no order from Booking.com. After repeated verification, it was the hotel staff who did not confirm the order, which caused my check-in to be delayed. Please check and reply, otherwise I will file another appeal.
