Very friendly staff and exceedingly knowledgeable about their city. Breakfast was adequate continental, the coffee excellent. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the main attractions.

There was a very bad smell coming from the shower drain in the bathroom.

Close to lots of attractions.

If youre sensitive to noise dont take a room on the side of the Irish pub. Could be loud on occasion. But they do supply earplugs for a good night sleep.

The location was fairly good for traveling the rest of the city. the walk from Bus Stop 14 was a fairly steep uphill, but then good for going back to the stop. Close to the main areas we wanted to see. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, though some unusual items (for us). Lots of hot water, of course. :) Good room darkening drapes. Not a fancy place but more than adequate.

The Standard room was small - functional but small. Same with the bathroom. Hard to regulate the temperature at times but turned out fine. Lights were not what we are used to (understandable), but not easy to figure out. Our room looked out over a cafe (?) area, which was noisy, but it closed early. Staff was efficient, though not overly welcoming.
