Good selection for breakfast and lunch. The pools are nice although it was very crowded with people. The bar next to the pool is very nice and offers delicious cocktails and food. The staff at the bar are very mice people. The staff at the reception are also friendly. The hotel had programs in the evenings which was ok and nothing special for our taste compares to other hotels which we have seen in the same area.
Our very first night we found 8-9 bed bugs in our bed which was very disappointing since we read many good reviews before going to this hotel. On the same night around 5 am, we went to the reception area to discuss the matter with a staff member but there was only the security guard there and no staff was available at that time( this was really weird for such big hotel to not have anyone available in the reception area) 24/7. The security guard showed us another room on the ground floor and we searched the bed and found more bed bugs there too so we refused the room and waited till the morning to see the manager. The assistant manager offered us a double room which was the basic room with no view and it was a downgrade since our first room was a twin room with a garden view and patio access. I explained to her that the room was a downgrade and we had a better room initially, she gave us another basic twin room and she didnt do anything about the price difference and explained something irrelevant to us that the hotel was overbooked (which it wasnt and we checked on booking still many rooms available). The assistant manager offered us a complementary lunch at the hotel ( it was a nice gesture but it didnt make up for a price difference for the room). The rooms were not cleaned properly and there was spider web in the corner of the rooms, we found this when we were looking for bed bugs on the sheets and the beds. There was dust under the table where the TV was and on the corners of the room. When we removed the sheet from the mattress we found a brown stain on the mattress which was covered with the sheet and honestly it was disgusting. We took photos of this and discussed with the assistant manager and she asked us to send her the photos to discuss it with the company responsible for cleaning the hotel.
