The room was very clean.

"Breakfast" was lacking. It wasn't really breakfast when all there was to eat was bagels and coffee. Pastries and or muffins would have been nice.

The room was a bit on the smaller side but overall was great !

They double charged me for the room and now I’m having trouble getting ahold of the manager to get my money back for the 2nd charge to my account

I did not eat there.

No ice buckets or cups IN THE ROOM . An iron but no hairdryer. No clock, fridge, microwave, etc. I have never stayed at a place where you need to request an ice bucket and cups and was never warned. The fact that there are very few amenities and you have to go to the lobby for a cup to brush your teeth. What is wrong with you?????

Great property. Clean, basic and affordable. Definitely will stay here again if necessary. The staff were very kind and respectful from the front desk colleague to the manager. We had some circumstances regarding booking which needed attention. The front desk gentleman and Bella, the manager, were kind and attentive in helping us. Bella managed the situation respectfully and to our satisfaction.
