The property was beautiful and the hot tub was a lovely touch. Unfortunately we were placed in a room with a connecting door which meant we heard every word our neighbour said (and other activities) in to the early hours of the morning. The hotel did say they would be happy to ask the room to be quieter however it didn’t sound like they were being overly excessive and instead possibly more likely there was a sound proofing issue. Like us wanting peace, they should be entitled to their privacy too.
The best I love is their shampoo, smell good and rinse easily!
Breakfast is not included, the water from shower is small, first floor is noisy, especially in the morning
Comfortable room and restaurant had good food!
Great hotel! Good atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms - great value for money at the time of the year I was traveling (February)
I did the whole trip alone without a car which works well if most of the activity are in Banff. For Canmore, public transport is not perfect for this location, but moving around without a car will get easier once the hotel adds rental bikes (I understood it will be in the summer of 2025)
Modern, clean room. Comfortable bed. Handy fridge. The toiletries smelt lovely.
The hotel seems brand new, very clean, with a nice sober decor, the fireplace in the lobby is a great idea, the room was large, clean and comfy, the staff was courteous and available, the location is accessible, great place to be!
Parking is limited…a bit of a struggle to make sure you’ll have spot, especially if you go out in the evening and come back past 10 pm, considering most of us will need a car while in Canmore, at least one parking spot should be guaranteed…, on site restaurant and bar is pretty good but closes at 9 pm and the selection of snacks and drinks past that hour is rather lacklustre,
