Front desk staff were above and beyond helpful

The room was too warm and it was impossible to cool down. The thermostat was limited to a specific temperature range, or was broken.

The hotel was in an incredible location. We arrived by train and it was a 5 minute walk to the hotel. And, the Nmes Arne is just across the street. The room was very clean, and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We chose to have the breakfast and we were not disappointed. It had fresh eggs, breads and croissants, cheeses and meats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. What a wonderful place!

The bed was too hard for us, and the pillows were too soft.

Brilliant staff, large and comfortable room. Close to train station and all the main attractions.

Very little really...was missing a couple of useful things in the room (like a bottle opener).

Lovely large room with bedroom lounge and kettle. So close to train station and Roman theatre.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Laundry facilities an added bonus. Convenient location near train station and city center.
