Price, but we had to move rooms due to bad conditions and smell.

Paid for a King room with a spa tub and this location doesn't even have spa tubs.

Breakfast was empty, unless you wanted a piece of bread, or dry cereal with no milk.... no one was available or willing to restock when asked, so didn't even get anything other than a cup of juice. for a 3 day stay, it never got any better. A pool was advertised, but not open. Room was at the back of one of the buildings next to a busy street, and construction.

Decent location

They charged us 30$ for damaged towels because of a soda that spilled. Didn’t try to wash them or anything just straight to charging extra money for towels that there gonna bleach and reuse anyways. Nothing but a money grab! One of the elevators didn’t work also . No smoking facility but everyone around that building was smoking weed.

Site says check in at 3, didn’t have a room for about 4 hours after that. Understaffed. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I give respect the small girl in the front and the only housekeeper I seen. The beds were hard especially around the edges.

The property was very broken that staff Barely spoke in the English. There was caution tape on the stairwells. The elevator elevators did not work.

$100 extra deposit which is ridiculous. Shady people all over the property, no ice machines, staff said "homeless" takes all the ice, the shower tub had so much water underneath it was squishy like a waterbed and so, so gross! No pool but your only told at check in. We didn't even dare to sleep under their bed covers, we used our own blankets. The smoke smell was unbearable in the rooms and outside the rooms, it was everywhere. What looked like "vehicle window" broken glass all over the parking lot. Booked through Booking.com and we couldn't even cancel!! Sadly I hated every moment when we had to go back to our room at night.
