La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods

The free breakfast was good, with hard boiled eggs for some protein. The place was clean and well-maintained.

No ice machine. Had to ask the very nice kitchen staff to fill our Yeti cups each morning. The shower was a hand shower with the wall hook at a height of about 3-1/2 ft (this was a handicap room); it would be nice to have a second hook at a higher level for the non-disabled.

NOTHING! It was GROSS!

Squeaky beds, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, bath tub that didn’t drain properly, THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE A CAT LITTER BOX!!! The air didn’t work right! I asked for something be done about the smell & was told to call and I did NO ONE ANSWERED! I went to the circle K next door to buy some spray! The floors were dirty! I stay at La Quinta’s AND NEVER HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS! They charge you a $100 incidentals fee, I’ve never paid that much for a room for incidentals and have stayed in 5 star hotels! This was ridiculous!! I dropped my key fobs at 3:30AM and kept getting text messages and notifications to let them know when I was checking out!

Tv did not work ,floors where dirty,bathroom door got stuck ,only one electric outlet

There was no pool they had no sister hotel that could acamodate breafast was not so great there was a lot of missing items

Good location

It was dirty outside with the trash over flowing. The swimming pool wasn’t open, my room was “out of order” even though I booked it in April.

Very disappointed. Booked specifically for the pool so my kids could swim, pool was not working. Stayed for 3 nights, the girl at the front said on the second day we could get our room turned over and cleaned. Called that morning to get it cleaned and all of a sudden the girl said I was supposed to let them know a day ahead. I had to take my own towels down and pick up clean ones, the floors were dirty from the day we walked in so had to beg for a mop to clean them myself. I would not recommend.
