There were roaches in our bathroom!!!! The sheets were stained and had holes. This place was disgusting !

I got vit by bed bugs and had to leave at 4 in the morning and they would not give any kind of refund
We booked ahead of time. No one,was at the front desk when we arrived. We waited in the lobby and called for 15 mins. Still no one appeared or answered our phone calls an hour and a half later. We ended up going down the street to rent a room. We had been traveling all day. My reservation was never accommodated , therefore I feel I should not be charged for a cancelation charge.
