The activity directors getting people involved around the pool and the food was unexpectedly good for an All-Inclusive resort.

It was spread out which caused a lot of walking in the heat of May. A/C could not keep up with the heat in our room.

They lost my reservation.. had my fiance waited 9 hours.. had to cancel and rebook. Airline misplaced one of my bags.. hotel had it for 3 days!!!!!! They refused to pay for clothes I need it to be at the pool and beach.

They never apologized for the lost reservation.. never apologized for holding my luggage overall POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Horrible for a 4 start hotel. My fianc got there before me.. they did not allow her to get food nor water in 9 hours !!!!

Perfect location, beautiful common areas

Not as bad as the negative reviews but not as good as it could be. In every way, it was just a teensy bit less than we've experienced elsewhere in Riviera Maya. Fewer pool activities, drinks even more watered down, food just a little more boring.

The gardens and the wildlife.

The rank stench of sewage in our room and being told we had to wait till the next day for a new room. Sewage smell in public bathrooms, they tried to cover with incense. Beach & water were black. Only enough pool/beach chairs for maybe 10% of guests.

No ac, no hot water, no carts to pick you up, food horrible, beach was dirty and stunk, manager did not answer the phone after calling 20times, servers are over sat and rush rush service. Ive stayed and over 15 resorts in Mexico and this was the worst.

Staff was pretty cool

Room had issues. They had a lot of caulk spots tht look like they just slapped it on.
