Staff were accommodating. Beds & pillows were really lovely. Bathrooms clean. Suites large. Pool was nice. Venue itself is quite beautiful.

Poor communication on T&Cs. Expensive EVERYTHING. They literally r@pe your bank account. Go to the shop 50mt down the road instead and get everything you need (including alcohol - they charged 39usd for a shot of tequila but the bottle was only 70usd at the store!). Included Breakfast is limited (American Breakfast only) and does not include coffee or breads?

Everyone mentioned was kind. Ranchero Eggs were delish along with that gluten free banana muffin. **Our only complaint is that we were double charged booking com then again at the property**

Bahia hotel and beach house is a pleasant property. It is small so dont be fooled by the pictures. Exceptionally clean and staff is very attentive. The rooms were basic. We were in a deluxe double. It had a television but no refrigerator or microwave. Im not sure its worth the price over a regular double. I booked through Priceline so the price was decent. The location is pretty perfect next to the beach with tons of excellent food choices. The restaurant is beautiful and also the food is excellent. Beware and review the check out receipt. we were charged for things that we did not use out of the minibar, and it was quite an event to get them to consider not charging me. In the end, I was trying to get to the airport so I said forget it. Hence, the unfavorable review. Also, I have never been to a hotel where the coffee in the room was not complementary. Beware! If you drink the little coffee cups, you will be charged, I wont say that the issue with the mini bar ruined my stay there but it did put a negative spin on my experience.
