Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa

Hotel is actually really pretty. Love the peacocks throughout the facility! The resort is quite small, so easy to navigate and a quick trip from room to beach or pool. The area is walkable to a supermarket across the street.

Drinks meh. Food overall -not great. Exception was Breakfast- a very nice variety . Dinner at Chinese was complete fail, Italian was pretty good but, lunch was rather sad. Staff was split. Some very nice. Some quite grumpy. Service was NEVER great.

The location was perfect! Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and hotel restaurants had great food.

The hot tube is located in the Fiesta Rewards pool area. You have to pay to use that area and it closes at 6pm. Also the water in the room would go from hot to cold every 2 minutes while taking a shower. The mixed drinks had absolutely zero alcohol!

Food exceptional for all inclusive. Service spot on, really making a point of remembering drink preferences, food preferences. Great beach location.

Evening entertainment geared toward older crowd. Nothing we would make a point to attending. Not as good as other 4 star resorts in PVR.

Buffet was great, super close to the beach and good entertainment We had a nice view of the beach from our room and the bed was comfortable, the cleaners checked in different times of the day and brought extra water and towels

Watered down alcohol, to the point its undrink able, spa was mediocre, the food felt very salty, the Asian restaurant tian was bad

Music from next resort (Friendly) was very loud and went weel in to the morning. Kept us awake most nights till about 4;30 am. The beach is not very swimmable. You can't just wade in and enjoy. Drops off quickly and strong surf surges.

Ocean view, staff and decor were all 5 star. Bed and linens excellent! Pool was lovely and well attended. The exercise instructor for aqua exercises was excellent!

The breakfast was excellent with delicious choices. The other meal choices not on par with the rest of the hotel. The service was excellent; the food was just not noteworthy! Really missed marachi music for even one evening!

Tropical environment it was maintained well .

Many of the staff ignored or skipped us to when we were waiting for service to be provided. Asked for a well done burger 3 time and each time I was told it would be well done, each time I bite into the burger was the middle was red not done, the drink at the pool bar was terrible could not drink it after being bypassed for 30mins, another patron had to tell the barista that I have been waiting ahead of him and she still made his before mine, those are the type of incidents we encountered during our 7days at the fiesta Americana :

The location was excellent. Being so close to the beach was truly amazing.

I wish it had a disco to dance at in the evening.
