Bottled watter could be supplied every day, not only once per trip.

Good breakfast, excellent location, beside station.

While I agree with economising on towels etc, one small towel and small bathmat, was probably a bit stingy; a larger hand towel or even a small bath towel would be more appropriate. Also instructions for the air conditioning controls would be helpful.

The price we paid is just outrageous and don't meet 4* which hotel claims to be. We visited city because of the festival, and they overcharged because of this festival, what a nice scam move. Regular price is 3 times less as I can see. Normal 4 star hotel costs around 250 p/night in Western Europe, providing better options. We paid around 330 per night for: - no refreshments for coffee, thee of water during 3 nights - very standard breakfast - shower water going all over the bathroom - not having a gym

Always spotlessly clean.

The location is outstanding, and the hotel is super fresh, and staff are friendly. Extra plus for free luggage room and refrigerator in the room.

I would have liked at hot water boiler and tea and coffee bags in my room. It is quite pricey hotel and usually it is included in other hotels.

Good location. Walking distance to station and city. Clean bright room.

Value for money. EUR 191 and no breakfast included.

I really liked the cleanliness, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, the location.

What was definitely missing was an option to connect my streaming devices to the television. I would have liked to have watched movies and series and it was not possible. I would also like to have more breakfast options for people who don't opt for the buffet and would like to have just a sandwich or a cheaper option.
