Very helpful and very good attitudes professional staff friendly and competent. The cleaning ladies very hospitable and efficient. Friendly all the way around.
No I was quite impressed with this hotel operation. Thanks Ive stayed here about a month and so I have had a good glimpse of the entire operation and I was impressed. I dont give free pats on the back so they earned it. Very happy with my stay here.
Location
The $50 deposit charge on arrival is side eye for all us customers. My biggest issue is that every time i visit chances after chances they continue to keep my deposit everytime that i have to call/haunt down my deposit to get it. Smh
The bed
The air conditioning could be better. We prefer our room cold around 60 degrees but it felt like the room was at 69-70 the whole time

Room was a disaster it was dirty, plaster falling from ceiling, and roach infested

Horrible. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless they just need a place for not so pleasant acts
At least it was clean on arrival
I dont know what titanic felt like when sinking but it sure felt like that bed. This is not a hotel but a s* place, dont you dare! My room was not for once cleaned during my stay. I checked out early because it was just unbearable, they promised to refund me the one night of the two I didnt stay and 4 weeks later am still waiting

HBO. Charging stations. Relatively quiet.
No upgraded bedding or snacks i paid for. No security.
