The list is too long. I will definitely not be returning. Even if it means travelling in from another city! There are people on benefits living there. Disturbances at 5am. Wafer thin walls. Owner that doesn't care about guest experiences. Dirty windows. Dreadful rooms. Benefits claimants sitting on the doorstep smoking. Two parking spaces for the whole building everything else is paid council parking. Summer quilt, low heating. Need to wear clothes to bed. Absolute nightmare and the owner didn't care

Great host, very accommodating. Comfortable enough for the price.

Nice location

Only minor issue was I struggled to squeeze on the loo. Wasnt a lot of leg room when going for a ponder.
