The bed is too small. Air condition does not work

Friendly staff…. even though they are run ragged, very understaffed. The staff on the check-in desk had to double up as bar staff… really felt for them

Rooms are very dated and could do with upgrading. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the room or in the bar area. There was a desk fan in the bedroom but as it was 28 degrees in there, it did very little to cool you down and made for an impossible and uncomfortable nights sleep. This hotel has the potential to be a gem but it will come at a price, it requires a huge investment to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

It was lovely having a refreshing swim after a long drive The lady at the bar was a scream, so funny and friendly

That they offered the meals to you at check in. Sign regarding this is not quite visible especially when tired. If paid after check in you pay extra. We didn’t notice sign in our room until we had showered and refreshed, so we couldn’t get dinner or breakfast at the discounted price, maybe being picky but when you convert Australian $ to English £ the difference is quite a lot of money. but this was my only gripe, rest of our stay was amazing

Nothing I never been somewhere where you got to the reception for the cheapest loo roll restaurant expensive bar area poor expensive room was not value for money I would never expect anyone to stay there because you can’t relax you had to go to reception for milk crappy tea bag’s please don’t go here if you want to chill out for a few days

Really overpriced, definitely not worth the money. No air conditioning. Generally not a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was very good.

Halfway through our breakfast we were delayed because a large conference party took over by queuing to obtain their breakfasts which they then took back to their room. Seemed very strange to be confronted with a long queue when we wanted to have our hot egg and bacon having started with cereals.
