Location was close to plenty of snorkeling and food spots

The dish drying rack was really gross

Room was nice, big and clean. Washer and Dryer was an absolute plus.

One pool, no onsite restaurants or bars onsite. I think every resort should have those. Small beach, we really did not spend hardly anytime in hotel, because there was not really anything to entice you to keep you there.

I loved everything about our stay. The best part is that the beach is right outside the hotel.

Proximity to the water.

No Jacuzzi

Nice staff, good amenities, liked the pool. Parking was good once you realized that you could park in the hotel. Liked the ocean view from my room. Room was quite quiet, and the blinds were blackout which was great. Loved that we had our own washer/dry

The bathroom layout was such that the floor got sopping wet after each shower. Guests were not good at parking. I wish that we could use snorkel gear in the pool but understand why not.

The front desk lady was kind and helpful and really helped us solve an airline problem. Lovely woman!! The rooms were spotless and HUGE- LOVED it! The other guests were polite and the pool and view were spectacular.

No cleaning service for 6 days meant we were cleaning too much for vacation. Not having a restaurant and bar on site is the biggest reason we probably wont stay there again.

The room was a studio with a kitchen and was very well equipped with cooking tools and utensils as well as plates and dishes. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was wonderful, I saw such beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

The beach access was a little inconvenient because guests have to climb over a wall and sand bags to get to the beach. My door lock was little temperamental, it always took 2 or 3 attempts to get the key sensor to unlock the door.

The condo was very outdated.The hotel room door was also faulty and it would take multiple tries to open.An elevator was broken which made it take up to 5 minutes for an elevator. The AC was broken the entire time which we did not know about before hand.
