Uncomfortable in smoke smelly room!

The location

Uncomfortable Stay. This hotel lets itself down by allowing smoking in all of the rooms. There are ashtrays situated in the rooms. We requested to change from our room to another non-smoking room. The staff obliged but unfortunately it was the same. It made our stay very uncomfortable. We felt there was no point in requesting another room as the reception staff said all the rooms are the same, eg everyone smokes in them. The WiFi was very slow and cut out often. On a positive note the breakfast on offer was plentiful. Overall the staff were friendly.
