Clean updated bathrooms

Furniture was old, stained and carpets were very dirty in rooms and hallways. No one cleaned up after guests in breakfast room. Maintenance man did check in and his wife had the baby there as well.

It was close to where my family is in Uniontown. Also, the front desk staff was very professional and pleasant. Hotel employee was great,

The staff is friendly and helpful. The main manager is nowhere to be found. Im told he never shows up and hes never there. He only calls in. It is a problem for the staff. the housekeeping manager is exceptional. The room was clean

No facial tissues. Main manager unavailable 9:30am cut off time for breakfast.

The girl at the front desk stole $144 off my card after I checked out

The person checking me in was nice and she did refund my money when I checked out immediately due to the horrible room conditions

1. beds were old, made alot of noise and needed to be replaced. they were both short sheeted and the actual mattresses were stained and nasty. 2. The chair, the only thing in the room to SIT on was DISGUSTING. Ripped and torn, the fake leather mostly gone, and broken (almost fell when I sat in it). As i needed to see online patients it was unacceptable. I called downstairs and they brought me another chair from the dining room. I went to sit on IT and IT HAD BLOOD ON IT. I checked out immediately and will never stay there again.

The staff is incredible when we checked in Celine was a pleasure and continued to be so throughout our stay. I did not get everyones names as we were there for a wedding and multiple events to attend however each employee made us feel welcomed, heard and safe throughout our stay.

The property is undergoing a brand transition and remodel so if you want a new out of the box hotel experience you may not be happy here until they have finished the transition. If attentive, caring hospitality professionals who are truthful and friendly will make you happy this is the place for you.
