Breakfast and room was very good.

It would be nice to have a free internet connection at a hotel like this.

No pillow options and no car park

Location a little off the centre. No parking space available need to use coin parking. Although quite near to hotel, theres no spaces for even stopping to unload luggages. Room is a bit small for long time stay. I would say max for 3nights if want to be comfortable. Onsen is nice and clean only in the morning but at night time, it is not enough attention on cleanness.

The staff. Daniele, madhu and many others have made this stay one of the best in Japan. Their attentiveness and professionalism has made us extend our stay in Kyoto and do day trips to other areas rather than move hotels. How wonderful it is to see such a multicultural team who are so attentive to each guest we came in contact with shows us the Hilton qualities we have seen in many locations around the world.. we will return

The bottom stair at the entry point is less than ideal although there is a warning sign

Brand new hotel with spacious room and elegant decor. Gym and public bath are good. Breakfast is great.

The location is reasonably convenient but not really at the city center.

Rooms was spacious enough with a Japanese vibe in terms of the general atmosphere. Staff was attentive and helpful.

For visitors who stay for several days, there should be more variation in the breakfast on different days
