Receptionist were helpful in changing rooms
We were unable to sleep the first night due to the heat as our room was situated over the boiler. The staff were helpful in arranging a transfer to better room in the main building. Second night we were woken to water pouring from the ceiling for a short period. Staff would investigate & keep us informed of the problem & when it was resolved. It was suggested the the guests in the room above had allowed the sink to overflow, but we were never informed of the actual cause & if the fault had been repaired by the end of our stay.
