Good location
Underground parking facility where traffic wardens issue tickets even when you've purchased a ticket. We got 3 parking tickets, ensured that we had paid for everything when we left and were assured there would be no fines. We've since had card payments from the car hire company totalling nearly 600 and the same hotel that told us that there would be no fines are now not interested in helping us resolve things.
Very bad sound proofing, I was bothered by the noice the whole night. Very small room as well, old facilities.
Having stayed at this hotel several times, my wife and I know what to expect from the rooms. Typically 'Danish' and minimalist. Fairly small, but adequate rooms.
On this occasion, there seemed to have been something of a recruitment drive, and the knowledge level amongst the front of house staff was (naturally) lacking. They didn't seem to have much support from more experienced colleagues/managers, giving these new staff - and customers - not the best experience.
The room was spacious
slightly noisy in the night
