Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

Location is great.

I noticed that all the utensils are not properly clean also the carpet are not that clean too. The drainage of the showers are not properly draining as well.

I like the room with kitchen, its kinda accommodating places to stay.

the staff was not friendly . she is not smiling at all.

Cleanliness is an issue. I ran all the dishes through the washer upon arrival because they were so dirty.

Location was nice.

The floors were dirty. There was a loud sqeek on the floor above. Two sets of people with kids were placed above us, so lots of noise. The bedroom was very small, but the tv room was larger than needed. The couch was old and very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was acceptable. Good location. Nice views. Liked onsite restaurant, gym, and pool

Could hear neighbors above walking around. Woke us up several times. No closet door. Called front desk multiple times with no answer. Had to request room cleaning day before. Should have been given option to schedule at check in and only call if wanted to make changes. Internet service was not good. Unit was really small

Staff were friendly and efficient and the location was ok, just outside (short drive) of Banff

Property was tired and in need of an update as were other facilities at the resort. Very expensive for what it offered and compared to other properties we stayed in other locations (for example Whistler)

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with comfortable modern furnishings. Many extra facilities are on site.
