Good location near the lake and plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance including coffee shops. The room was big and at the end of the hall which had a small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, with separate living room area and bedroom. Bed might be firm for some but I don't mind. Sheets were clean and TVs were nice. AC worked pretty well. Shower had hot water and worked fine as well.
The property seems very old with few amenities. Much of the place looks like it is stuck in the 70's including old metal kitchen cabinets and old dirty furniture at least in our room anyway. Updates are much needed and this could be a very nice property.
Was clean but very outdated. Looked like some of the rooms were for transit folks
Not all the hot tub jets worked
It was priced right, convenient location and very clean
Continental breakfast wasn’t available
Bed was comfortable and very quite at night to sleep.and a dunkin donuts next door.
Front desk made it seem like I was lieing when I asked for more towels she said we left 3 but there is 5 of us also room was suppose to be non smoking still smell like smoke we found dead roaches and stink bugs then they tried to charge me extra to come in a hour in a half early even though it said you can come in early just to let staff know and the part i hate the most not a kid friendly place my wife was taking a shower with my one year old and four year old babies there playing and having fun clearly you can tell there kids and the women next to us in a other room was banging on the wall to stop the horse play really there kids and it was only 5 in the afternoon sorry.
The staff were so kind. The location was good. The bed was comfortable and we love that it is pet friendly. It's very simple and clean. There was a fridge, a big room, and no deposit was required.
It wasn't worth the price exactly BUT the area is extremely expensive and it was hard finding a place affordable in this area. Although I wouldn't say this hotel was affordable, but it was compared to every other hotel in the general area. It may not be worth the price but if you need a getaway and are on a "budget" I'd recommend this place. It's simple and works, but don't expect a lot.
Phenomenal customer service. Made good immediately--and in an understanding, cooperative and professional manner-- a technological error while booking online through a travel site (booked 6 King rooms accidentally, innocent mistake, not the inn's fault). In the end, I was charged appropriately, the account was reconciled; and, I enjoyed my stay. Great value. The property unfortunately does not offer elevators and the accommodations are retro in style. Notawirthy, it was clean, safe, quiet, affordable and offered lots of pluses like a stove, refrigerator, etc. It was a pleasure doing business there. Close proximity to nice bagel shop/bakery frequented by the locals. Plus it was right near local roads and highways--easy to find.
Lacking elevator, concierge service or help with heavy luggage and temporary disabilities, having to climb the stairs as a solo traveler. Again, the desk clerk was hospitable and accommodating, relatable and helpful. It's limited, is all. It's called America's Best Value, after all, so one needs to set a reasonable expectation.
