Beautiful room and resort! We were amazed by the ocean views upon arrival - very picturesque. Good choice of restaurants and food, and the live band at the bar was fantastic! Good location with the village within walking distance.
Absolutely brilliant!
Might be a good boutique resort as the location is really nice, the villas are good and the beach (there only one small where you can swim with touching the weed) is ok
The staff is polite but does not try to serve guests the way it is done at real 5-star properties. First, despite telling them far in advance and twice that we needed a quiet room, they still put us in villa 113, which has a roaring river floating right under it. Despite what they told me afterwards that some guests are ok with it, it is clearly negligence to what was asked. The two nights were ruined before the found a room to relocate. Second, the food at two restaurants is really average. It is even difficult to call them restaurants as most dishes your mom would cook better and healthier. I do not understand what the Spanish chef is doing there for half a year. The wine card is very limited with several very mass market options and other bad choices. For the breakfast, they sometimes put vegetables and fruits from the previous day (imagine how they look in a hot environment). And finally two days before departure we got terrible food poisoning. We did not eat or drink anything besides Hilton. The staff could not provide the first aid kit with simple medicine just offered ginger tea. They said they would investigate and that other guests felt good but I am pretty sure that it was raw red snapper salad.
Excellent location: Nearby to famous beach Beau Vallon and 20 minutes from Victoria center by car. The beaches of the hotel are very beautiful, especially at sunset. Room is very calm, clean and had a lot of privacy. Breakfast was various and it was high quality food and with a beautiful view. Staff: They are very nice and friendly, always trying to help. They also pay attention to the small details. We celebrated our honeymoon, the hotel upgraded our room as a gift without extra payment.
We tried dinner once. It has limited menu, and the meals were small, while the price is high. More like a luxury restaurant.
